She earned her bachelor’s degree in legal studies from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, building a foundation in organization, compliance, and managing complex processes with precision.

As Director of Operations for The Gideon Group™, Chelsea brings structure, clarity, and consistency to the business. She oversees systems, workflows, communication, and operational execution, ensuring that every detail is handled efficiently so the team can remain focused on serving clients at a high level.

Chelsea lives on Signal Mountain with her husband and their three daughters. She is known for her calm presence, attention to detail, and ability to create order in fast-moving environments.
