Relocating doesn’t have to feel overwhelming when you have a clear plan and the right guide. Here’s how we make your move seamless from start to finish:
Step one is connecting with me as your real estate agent. This is where we talk through your goals, timeline, lifestyle needs, and what matters most to you in your next home and community. Whether you’re moving for work, family, or a fresh start, this conversation sets the foundation for a strategic, stress-free transition.
Step two is financing. If you don’t already have a lender, I’ll connect you with trusted local lending partners who understand our market and can help you get pre-approved, clarify your buying power, and structure your loan in a way that supports your move.
Step three is coordinating your departure. If you currently own a home, I’ll ask whether you already have a real estate agent where you live. If not, I can introduce you to one of the vetted agents in my nationwide referral network so your sale is handled professionally and efficiently. Having strong representation on both ends ensures your timelines align and your transition stays smooth.
Step four is narrowing down where you want to be. Together we’ll identify neighborhoods that match your lifestyle, commute, school preferences, budget, and long-term goals. I’ll provide insight on communities, amenities, market trends, and local nuances so you can make an informed decision even before you arrive.
Step five is planning your visit. Once we’ve identified target areas and homes, we’ll coordinate your house-hunting trip. I’ll help you plan logistics, recommend hotels, map out efficient tour routes, and make sure your time here is productive, focused, and enjoyable.
From virtual tours and video walkthroughs to contract negotiations, inspections, and closing coordination, I stay with you through every step so distance never becomes a barrier. My goal is simple: to make your relocation feel organized, informed, and confident, so when you arrive, it already feels like home.

Marking its 77th year in 2026, the annual Armed Forces Day Parade is the longest continuous armed forces parade in the nation. Hosted by Chattanooga Area Veterans Council (CAVC), the parade features participants from military service units, area veterans’ groups, high school bands and all area JROTC units, patriotic organizations, and many others. Each year, the parade highlights a different service branch. Beginning at 10:30 a.m. on May 1, the parade will start at the intersection of Market Street and MLK Boulevard, featuring a tribute to all branches of the United States Armed Forces but with special recognition in 2026 to the United States Coast Guard. Look for military dignitaries representing the sixth active branch along with the U.S. Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, and Coast Guard active-duty troops and veterans. Community groups are encouraged to participate for free in the parade – walking or riding – by contacting the CAVC.
